It was time for us to start producing our own compost. Because we know how much important it is to have high quality raw material, we acquired valuable know-how from the experts of the sector and we proudly offer our top-quality green compost. Part of the investment in the new facility has been made for the new state-of-the-art composting plant. This is a compost produced from municipal waste from neighboring municipalities, exclusively green, with an organic product certificate. The know-how was acquired from a German multinational company, a leader in the field, which provides ongoing consultancy for composting management.

Following the social responsibility to which we have always been committed, we started to produce our own 100% green compost.

We guarantee top quality compost made from green rest. Our raw material comes from the green rest of the nearest municipalities, such us branches, lawns, trees, bushes and other green urban wastes.

Agroflora respects the environment and in this way promises to help the cities around Thessaloniki by taking care of the green wastes which otherwise would cause problems. The commitment doesn’t stop here, since we don’t only help the planet in this way, but also, we reuse those rests in order to make something 100% natural, which will end up again in the nature and so it will close the circle. We commit to the circular economy concept, since it minimizes the consumption of natural resources while allowing components to remain in circulation for far longer periods of time.
